Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Minnesota LADC to provide clinical services for adults at our Brainerd location, including group and individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning.
**Position Highlights:**
Full-time, evening and daytime hours (Mon, Tue, Thu 1:30-9:30 PM; Wed, Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
In-person services focusing on behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
Responsibilities include maintaining 245G-compliant documentation, treatment coordination, and client-centered care
Participate in community outreach and represent the agency positively
**Qualifications:**
MN-licensed LADC with experience in community-based programming and co-occurring disorders
Proficient in the 12 core functions of alcohol and drug counseling
Strong conflict resolution skills and a clean substance use record for at least two years
Successful completion of DHS background study
