Job Description
We are offering a *$15,000 signing bonus* for a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) position located in East Grand Forks, MN.
**Salary Range:** $60,008-$75,728 annually.
**Key duties include:**
Conducting screenings and applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions.Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds.Assisting clients with payer mechanisms, obtaining authorizations, and communicating with payers.Maintaining licensure and participating in staff meetings.Communicating effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.**Requirements:**
Active MN LADC license.Ongoing cultural awareness training.Computer literacy and ability to pass DHS background checks.**Benefits include:**
