Job Description

We are offering a *$15,000 Signing Bonus* for a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) position in East Grand Forks, MN, with an annual salary range of $60,008-$75,728.

The role involves:

• Conducting screenings and utilizing the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension model
• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds
• Assisting clients with payer mechanisms, obtaining funding authorizations, and communicating clinical criteria
• Maintaining professional licensure and participating in staff meetings
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members from varied backgrounds

Requirements include active MN LADC licensure, ongoing cultural competency training, computer literacy, and the ability to pass a DHS background study.
