Job Description

We are offering a $15,000 Signing Bonus for a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) position located in East Grand Forks, MN.

Salary ranges from $60,008 to $75,728 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) options, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Key duties involve

  • client screening and assessment using the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension
  • supporting clients with payer mechanisms and authorizations
  • maintaining professional licensure
  • participating in staff meetings and training
  • demonstrating cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills

    • Requirements include an active MN LADC license, computer literacy, ability to pass DHS background checks, and ongoing cultural awareness training. The role involves in-person work with a focus on supporting clients’ recovery journeys.
