Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for a full-time position in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $15,000 signing bonus.

Salary Range: $60,008-$75,728 annually

• Screening and assessment using Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds
• Assist clients with insurance and authorization processes
• Maintain professional licensure and participate in staff meetings
• Strong verbal communication skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Requirements: Valid MN LADC license, ongoing cultural competency training, computer literacy, and ability to pass DHS background check.
