Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $15,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $60,008-$75,728 annually.


  • Provide clinical screening and utilize Minnesota Matrix Six Dimensions.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist clients with insurance and authorization processes, communicating with payers.
  • Maintain professional licensure and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  • Strong communication skills required; ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must hold an active MN LADC license, pass DHS background checks, and be computer literate.
