Job Description

Seeking a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Salary ranges from $66,000 to $75,728 annually.

Responsibilities include performing the 12 core functions, applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, assisting clients with payer mechanisms, obtaining funding authorizations, and attending staff meetings. The role does not involve client admissions, transfers, or discharges but supports implementation under supervision.

Requirements: Current Minnesota LADC licensure and ability to pass DHS background checks or obtain exemptions.
