Job Description

Seeking a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $66,000-$75,728 annually.

  • Perform the 12 core functions and apply knowledge of Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms.
  • Assist clients with payer mechanisms, communicate clinical criteria, and obtain funding authorization.
  • Maintain professional licensure and follow through with client admission, transfer, or discharge processes as directed.
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings.

  • Must hold current Minnesota LADC license and pass DHS background check or exemption.
