Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at our residential facility with an annual salary of $70,000.

  • Provide support to clinical staff through assessments, treatment planning, and group coverage.
  • Deliver treatment services to clients, ensuring compliance with state mandates and confidentiality regulations.
  • Work individually and in groups to address substance use, mental health, and personal or family issues.
  • Qualifications include a current LADC license, age 18+, and experience with substance use disorder or mental health in a treatment setting.
  • Require strong communication, case management skills, and proficiency with electronic health records.
  • Preferred qualifications include additional licenses, degrees in related fields, and skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and mediation.
  • Must pass background checks, follow instructions, and effectively document services in English.
  • Physical demands include sitting, lifting up to 10 pounds, and navigating program environments.
