Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for onsite work at our East Grand Forks location. This full-time role involves providing individual and group therapy to clients with substance use disorders, conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires leading three evening groups weekly and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Minnesota LADC or ADC-T license. Compensation ranges from $64,000 to $72,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
