Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide culturally appropriate, evidence-based mental health services in Boise.
Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, providing case management in urgent situations, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role involves working with low-income, refugee, immigrant, and culturally diverse populations, often in community settings.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related fields, active Idaho licensure, and at least one year of mental health experience. Candidates must possess strong communication, professional judgment, confidentiality, and transportation skills.
