Job Description

We are seeking dedicated bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) clinicians to provide mental health services in Norwich, CT.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with agency guidelines.

Deliver counseling using various therapeutic techniques.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and summaries.

Manage crises effectively to ensure client safety.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and engage families for support and education.

Qualifications include fluency in Haitian Creole, relevant licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.), and insurance paneling eligibility. The role offers a commitment to client care, professional growth, and includes financial incentives after six months of service. Work is in-person in Norwich, CT.
