Job Description

We are seeking dedicated bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) clinicians in Norwich, CT, with a strong background in mental health services to provide high-quality care to children, adolescents, and families.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions using various modalities.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and engage families to support mental health needs.

    • Qualifications include fluency in Haitian Creole, relevant licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.), and insurance paneling eligibility. A passion for helping others and commitment to professional growth are essential. Financial incentives are available after six months of service. This in-person role involves working directly with clients in Norwich, CT.
