Job Description
We are seeking dedicated bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) clinicians to join our team in Norwich, CT.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide counseling using various therapeutic modalities.
Maintain accurate clinical records.
Manage crisis situations effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and engage with families for support and education.
**Qualifications:**
Fluent in Haitian Creole.
Preferred licenses include LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT; associate license candidates working toward full licensure are also considered.
Must be insurance-paneled or eligible.
Passion for helping others and ongoing professional development.
**Note:** Financial incentives are available after six months of service.
