Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, remote/tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay: $20.45/hr with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
Deliver individual counseling, process group therapy, and psycho-educational groups weekly.
Utilize virtual and telephonic methods to reach clients with limited access to recovery resources.
Complete case management documentation and service coordination promptly, adhering to ethical and licensing standards.
Engage in community outreach, public speaking, and represent the organization on local committees.
Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), LCDC-I certification, passing the state licensing exam, and compliance with supervision rules. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
