Job Description

Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, remote/tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay: $20.45/hr with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement.

  • Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
  • Deliver individual counseling, process group therapy, and psycho-educational groups weekly.
  • Utilize virtual and telephonic methods to reach clients with limited access to recovery resources.
  • Complete case management documentation and service coordination promptly, adhering to ethical and licensing standards.
  • Engage in community outreach, public speaking, and represent the organization on local committees.
  • Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), LCDC-I certification, passing the state licensing exam, and compliance with supervision rules. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
