Job Description

Seeking motivated LCDC-I candidates for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, remote/tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay is $20.45/hour, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.

  • Provide screening and assessment per DSM-V and TDI criteria to determine client eligibility or referral.
  • Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring timely reviews.
  • Deliver individual counseling, and facilitate process and psycho-educational group therapy weekly.
  • Utilize virtual and telephonic engagement to provide recovery-oriented counseling for clients with limited access to resources.
  • Complete case management documentation and service coordination per licensing and organizational standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct, follow ethical guidelines, and adhere to supervision and training regulations.
  • Engage in community outreach, education, and represent the organization at public events and committees.
  • Frequent interaction with clients, families, and service providers required. Travel and use of personal vehicle necessary.
  • Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, and self-directed performance. Must have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), valid Texas driver’s license, and be able to relocate to Big Spring, TX.
