Job Description
Seeking motivated LCDC-I’s for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, remote/tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Starting pay: $20.45/hr with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
Deliver individual counseling, group therapy, and psycho-educational sessions weekly, primarily via virtual and telephonic methods to serve clients with limited access to resources.
Complete case management documentation and service coordination in accordance with licensing standards and timelines.
Engage in community outreach, education, and representation on local committees.
Requires frequent interactions with clients, families, and providers, travel, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Must have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), pass the state licensing exam, and comply with supervision regulations.
Flexible hours, extensive paperwork, and self-directed work are essential. Falsification of documents is grounds for dismissal. Ability to relocate to Big Spring, TX, is required.
