Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist with a salary range of $70,000-$100,000/year based on experience.

Job Summary
Provide compassionate addiction counseling by supervising treatment plans, facilitating groups and individual sessions, and monitoring client progress. Maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with the treatment team, and stay updated on best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements
– Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
– Certification as an Addiction Counselor Level II; other licenses preferred
– Experience in inpatient treatment and addiction counseling
– Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
– Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
