Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Lead is a full-time, field-based role overseeing clinical services in Baltimore and Annapolis, MD, with a salary range of $70,000-$100,000 plus benefits.
Serve as the primary clinical owner for assigned cases, ensuring fidelity to the Positive Development model through in-home observation, supervision, and coaching of Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs).
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and lead interdisciplinary case reviews.
Engage families via coaching and education, support community integration, and navigate care transitions.
Ensure timely documentation, maintain compliance, and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active clinical license, 3+ years of developmental/behavioral experience, and reliable transportation.
