Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Lead is a full-time, field-based role providing clinical oversight and supervision for developmental and behavioral cases in Baltimore and Annapolis, MD.

They serve as the primary clinical owner, conducting in-home assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring interventions align with the Positive Development model.

The role involves direct supervision of Developmental Paraprofessionals through home visits, offering coaching and fidelity checks to uphold quality standards.

They collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to set goals, deliver family coaching, and coordinate community-based services.

Key responsibilities include documentation, compliance, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active clinical license, 3+ years of relevant experience, and reliable transportation.
