Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Lead is a full-time role providing in-home and virtual clinical supervision in Baltimore, MD & Annapolis, MD, with a salary starting at $70,000-$100,000 plus benefits.
Serve as the primary clinical owner for assigned cases, ensuring fidelity to the Positive Development model.
Conduct in-home assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and lead interdisciplinary case reviews.
Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to Developmental Paraprofessionals and families through home and community visits.
Deliver family coaching, education, and community support to enhance caregiver capacity and client progress.
Maintain documentation and compliance, participate in ongoing professional development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active clinical license, 3+ years of developmental or behavioral experience, and reliable transportation.
