The Licensed Clinical Lead is a full-time, field-based role providing in-home and virtual clinical supervision and case management in Baltimore and Annapolis, MD.
Primary clinical owner responsible for ensuring fidelity to the Positive Development (PD) model in all elements of care. Conducts assessments, develops and monitors treatment plans, and leads interdisciplinary case reviews. Provides hands-on supervision, coaching, and fidelity checks to Developmental Paraprofessionals (DPPs) during home and community visits. Engages families through coaching, education, and support to strengthen caregiver capacity and facilitate community integration. Maintains clinical documentation, ensures compliance, and collaborates with team members for continuous improvement. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active license, 3+ years of experience in developmental or behavioral services, and reliable transportation.
