Job Description

Seeking a licensed mental health professional with a Master’s in counseling or related field and at least two years of experience in therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for diverse at-risk populations, including women and children.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate trauma-informed counseling, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist with admissions, provide group therapy, and respond to crises while ensuring safety and progress documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members, coordinate care with families and community partners, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Maintain clinical records, contribute to program improvements, and attend supervision and training.
  • Must have active Maryland LCPC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and cultural humility. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    Offers a salary of $60,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development. Position involves in-person work.
