Job Description
Seeking a licensed mental health professional with a Master’s in counseling or related field and at least two years of experience in therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for diverse at-risk populations, including women and children.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate trauma-informed counseling, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Assist with admissions, provide group therapy, and respond to crises while ensuring safety and progress documentation.
Collaborate with team members, coordinate care with families and community partners, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Maintain clinical records, contribute to program improvements, and attend supervision and training.
Must have active Maryland LCPC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and cultural humility. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Offers a salary of $60,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development. Position involves in-person work.
