Job Description

We are hiring *licensed clinicians* for a substance use and behavioral health treatment program.

Both roles involve providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress using evidence-based practices like CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

  • **LCPC (Addictions Specialty):** Must have an active LCPC license, addictions credential, and experience with co-occurring disorders.
  • **Licensed Social Worker:** Must hold a LCSW or LMSW license, with preferred experience in behavioral health or substance use.

    Additional qualifications include experience in various treatment settings, group facilitation skills, and familiarity with EHR systems.

    Positions are full-time, part-time, or contract, with a pay range of $60,000-$80,000 annually, and work hours from 20 to 40 per week. Both roles involve in-person work.
