Job Description
The LCSW will serve as a vital link between home, school, and community, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to student learning.
Provide direct services including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessment, diagnosis, and behavioral strategies. Conduct home visits to understand familial impacts on student well-being. Connect families with community resources and coordinate with external agencies to support student needs. Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings, advocating for students with disabilities. Consult with staff to improve school environment, contribute to policy development, and lead professional development on mental health topics. The role supports holistic student well-being across prevention, early intervention, and intensive support tiers. The position is full-time, with benefits, and requires a Licensed Certified Social Worker.
Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
