Job Description
The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a key mental health professional, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being to enhance academic success.
Provide direct services including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, behavioral plans, and home visits.
Connect families with community resources, coordinate with outside agencies, support special education needs, and advocate for vulnerable students.
Work with staff to improve school climate through consultation, policy development, and staff training on mental health topics.
The role requires full-time commitment, with a salary range of $55,000–$65,000, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
Licensure as an LCSW is required, with preferred experience of at least one year. The position involves in-person work and may include supervising candidates for licensure.
