Job Description
The LCSW position focuses on supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being to enhance academic success.
Provide direct services including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and behavioral plans. Conduct home visits to understand familial influences on student performance. Serve as a liaison by connecting families with community resources, coordinating with outside agencies, and supporting special education needs. Consult with staff to improve school climate, develop policies, and deliver professional development on mental health topics. Support system-wide initiatives to foster a positive environment and advocate for vulnerable students. The role requires a licensed social worker, with responsibilities spanning direct care, community engagement, and school-wide support, within a full-time, in-person capacity, offering competitive benefits.
