Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support our Opioid Response team in Sioux Falls.
Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and addiction issues. Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic techniques like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Offer crisis intervention, case management, and family support. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document care in compliance with HIPAA and maintain clinical records. Engage in clinical research and data collection to improve services. Work with diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications include proficiency in psychotherapy, experience with special populations, crisis management skills, and strong communication abilities.
The role is full-time, offering health benefits and paid time off, with a preference for day shifts.
