Job Description
The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a key link between home, school, and community, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to student learning.
Core responsibilities include providing direct student and family services such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and behavioral plans. The role also involves case management—connecting families with community resources, coordinating with external agencies, supporting special education needs, and advocating for vulnerable students. Additionally, the LCSW will engage in system-level support by consulting with staff, developing policies, and delivering professional development on mental health topics.
This full-time position offers benefits and a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 annually. Candidates must hold an active LCSW license and may be required to supervise other social work candidates. In-person work is expected.
