Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

This full-time position involves providing mental health services within a facility that combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering comprehensive care including medical, hospice, emergency, radiology, lab, and physical therapy services.

Candidates must have an MSW from an accredited program, a current Montana license or ability to obtain one, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience. A mental health certification is required.
