Job Description

The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a vital link between home, school, and community, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

Provide direct services such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and behavioral plans.

Conduct home visits and connect families with community resources, coordinate with external agencies, and support special education needs.

Consult with staff, develop policies, and deliver professional development to enhance the school’s mental health environment.

The role aims to promote student success through prevention, early intervention, and intensive support. It is full-time, with benefits, and requires a valid LCSW license.

The candidate may also supervise LCSW & LMSW candidates within the school setting.
