Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering comprehensive services such as medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school
  • Current Montana mental health certification and license (or ability to obtain one)
  • At least 2 years of experience as an LCSW

    • This full-time role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday, with benefits including an employee assistance program. The position involves in-person work and requires licensure as a Certified Social Worker.
