Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed LCSW to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

The organization combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing coordinated, quality care for families. Services include medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Current Montana license or ability to obtain one by hire
• Mental health certification
• At least 2 years of LCSW experience

This full-time, day shift role offers benefits such as an employee assistance program and is scheduled Monday through Friday. In-person work is required.
