Job Description

We are seeking a licensed LCSW to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

  • Provide mental health services within a 25-bed critical access hospital and physician clinic setting.
  • Must hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and a current Montana license or ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LCSW with mental health certification.
  • Full-time, day shift position with benefits including an employee assistance program.
  • Work involves in-person services during weekdays, supporting holistic patient care in a collaborative environment.
