Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering comprehensive services such as medical care, hospice, emergency services, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

  • Minimum qualifications include an MSW degree from an accredited school, mental health certification, and a current Montana license or ability to obtain one.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an LCSW is required, with consideration for equivalent education and experience.

    • Job details: Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday.
