Job Description
We are seeking a licensed LCSW to join our rural integrated healthcare team.
The facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing comprehensive services including medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.
Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, mental health certification, and an active Montana license or ability to obtain one by hire date. At least 2 years of experience as an LCSW is required; equivalent education and experience may be considered. This is a full-time, day shift position working Monday to Friday, with benefits including an employee assistance program. Work is conducted in person at our healthcare facility.
