We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Sioux Falls, focusing on opioid response and mental health support.
Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and addiction issues. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize various therapeutic techniques. Offer crisis intervention, case management, and family counseling services. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and document progress per HIPAA standards. Engage in clinical research and maintain knowledge of medical coding and EMR systems. Work with diverse populations, including children, seniors, and individuals with developmental disabilities or PTSD. Skills required include proficiency in psychotherapy, addiction counseling, crisis management, and effective communication. This full-time role offers health benefits, paid time off, and requires in-person work with relocation to Sioux Falls. The position pays $45,250-$59,200 annually.
