Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for families.

**Minimum qualifications include:**

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Current Montana state license or ability to obtain one
  • Mental health certification
  • At least 2 years of LCSW experience
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered
