Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

This full-time position involves providing mental health services in a facility that combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering coordinated care for the entire family.

Qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school, current Montana license or eligibility, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. An equivalent education and experience combination may be considered.
