Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and critical access hospital services, providing comprehensive, coordinated care for patients of all ages.

**Responsibilities include** providing mental health services in a full-time, day shift role from Monday to Friday, in person.

**Qualifications include:**

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school
  • Current Montana state license or ability to obtain one by hire date
  • Minimum of 2 years of LCSW experience
  • Mental health certification
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered
