Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our care team.
The clinician will provide counseling, therapy, and support services to patients from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with medical providers for integrated care. They will engage in population-based education, prevention, early intervention, and chronic disease management, addressing emotional, social, and environmental factors. The role involves providing consultations and interventions for mental health issues and health psychology concerns, such as managing chronic illnesses and promoting healthy behaviors. Qualifications: Master’s in social work or related field with 2+ years of therapy experience and current licensure or pending licensure. Or Doctoral degree in psychology with 2+ years of experience and current licensure or working towards licensure. Job Details: Full-time position with a salary range of $58,900 – $90,500 annually.
