Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our care team.

  • The clinician will provide counseling, therapy, and support to patients from diverse backgrounds, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • They will collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive, integrated care and engage in population-based education, prevention, and early intervention.
  • The role involves psychosocial assessments related to mental health, chronic disease management, and health psychology issues such as depression, anxiety, diabetes, obesity, and smoking cessation.
  • A background in childhood development is desirable.
  • Qualifications include a master’s degree with two years’ experience and current licensure (or working toward it), or a doctoral degree in psychology with similar experience and licensure.
