Job Description

The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a key link between home, school, and community, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to student learning.

They will provide direct student and family services, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, behavioral plans, and home visits.

They will coordinate resources, connect families to community services, support special education needs, and advocate for vulnerable students.

They will offer consultation to staff, contribute to policy development, and facilitate professional development on mental health and trauma-informed practices.

The role aims to promote holistic student well-being across prevention, early intervention, and intensive support levels.

It is a full-time position with benefits, requiring a valid LCSW license and at least one year of experience preferred.
