Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Licensed Social Worker in Kansas City, MO. The role requires a current clinical license in Missouri and experience billing managed care.

Provides individual, family, group, and co-parenting therapy to children, youth, and families within a trauma-informed, healing-focused system.

Requires

at least 5 years of clinical counseling experience,

English proficiency,

Missouri LCSW license,

and

ability to commute or relocate to Kansas City before starting.

Offers a salary of $55,315–$60,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, in person.
