Job Description
Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Social Worker with a valid Missouri license to provide therapy services including individual, family, group, and co-parenting counseling to children, youth, and families.
Work collaboratively within a trauma-informed, healing-focused multidisciplinary team. Must have at least 5 years of clinical counseling experience and be able to bill managed care when applicable. Position offers a competitive salary ($55,315 – $60,000), benefits (including 401(k), health, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development), and a Monday-Friday schedule. Requires in-person presence in Kansas City, MO, with ability to commute or relocate before starting. Note: Must hold a Missouri LCSW and be able to practice in the state. The role involves providing trauma-informed care in a collaborative environment.
