Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing comprehensive services including medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

**Qualifications:**

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Current Montana license or ability to obtain one
  • Mental health certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an LCSW
  • Equivalent education and experience considered
