Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a rural integrated healthcare setting.

Our organization combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing comprehensive and coordinated care for the entire family, including medical services, hospice, emergency care, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

  • Minimum qualifications include an MSW degree from an accredited school, mental health certification, Montana license or eligibility, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience. An equivalent education and experience combination may be considered.

    Job is full-time with a day shift, Monday to Friday. Benefits include an employee assistance program.

    Work is conducted in person.
