Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing comprehensive, coordinated care for the community.

Services include medical care, swing beds, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

**Minimum qualifications:**

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school
  • Current Montana license or ability to obtain one
  • Mental health certification
  • At least 2 years of experience as an LCSW
  • Relevant education and experience may be considered
