Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Sioux Falls, focusing on opioid response and mental health support.
Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Offer crisis intervention, case management, and family counseling services.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients with various mental health issues, including addiction, PTSD, and developmental disabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and utilize EMR systems.
Apply clinical research methods to improve service outcomes.
Skills required include proficiency in psychotherapy, experience with children and special populations, crisis management, and knowledge of medical coding. The role is full-time, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Sioux Falls, SD, and work in person, preferably during day shifts.
