Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality clinical services focused on behavioral health and community care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering individual and group therapy (including PTSD care), managing case files per HIPAA standards, collaborating with healthcare teams, and implementing evidence-based applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications involve a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, experience in behavioral health, strong documentation skills, and effective communication. Knowledge of PTSD care is a plus.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off), and requires in-person work in Thermopolis, WY, with relocation assistance provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday.
